Dr. Jeffrey A. Williams is the former pastor of St. John Baptist Church in Smiths Creek, Michigan and was ordained into the Christian ministry in 2005.

 

Dr. Williams taught at the university and collegiate level since 1999, at institutions such as Baker College of Michigan, Siena Heights University, Liberty University, and North Carolina A&T State University.

 

He earned a PhD in Human Services from Capella University and currently assists doctoral students throughout the dissertation process.

Dr. Williams is a retired Social Services Administrator and was the Director

of Children’s Services for Guilford County’s Department of Social Services.

He was responsible for child protective services, foster care, and adoption.

He also served as a Child Welfare Administrator in Denver, CO and Detroit,

MI., then accepted a position as a child welfare consultant for the Annie E.

Casey foundation providing technical assistance to cities and states

throughout the U.S.
